Our dessert bench works the way our family traveled: Uruguay's chajá and alfajores, Spain's churros and crema, Portugal's natas, Italy's tiramisú, the Basque country's burnt cheesecake — plus one invention that's entirely ours.

Everything is made in-house. Slices at our tables; whole cakes and party sizes with 48 hours' notice; frozen wholesale for cafés and markets that want a real chajá in the case.
